What we collect

If you submit the contact form we receive the name, phone number, email address and message you provide, together with the IP address of the request and the time it was sent. We use the IP address and timing only to filter automated spam.

We do not collect any other personal data through this website. There is no account system, no newsletter subscription and no profiling.

Why we use it

The details you submit are used solely to reply to your enquiry and, if we go on to work together, to carry out that work. The legal basis is your request to take steps prior to entering into a contract.

We do not sell your data, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not use it for automated decision-making.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used. It loads only after you accept the cookie banner. If you do not accept, no analytics script is loaded and no analytics cookie is set.

IP anonymisation is enabled. Advertising and personalisation signals are switched off by default through Google Consent Mode.

How long we keep it

Enquiry emails are kept for as long as the business relationship or the possibility of one remains relevant, and are deleted on request. Analytics data is retained according to the period configured in Google Analytics.

Your rights

You can ask us what data we hold about you, request a correction, request deletion, or object to processing. Write to info@anibadigital.com and we will respond within one month.

If you are in the EU or UK and believe your data has been handled improperly, you also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority.

Processors

The website is hosted by Hostinger. Email is delivered through our domain mail provider. Analytics is provided by Google. Each of these may process data on our behalf strictly to deliver the service.
